Operly

Operly Anywhere in QA

Status Update

Operly Anywhere is alive on staging. The whole initiative is on the feature branch and through most of QA, targeting next week for launch. The thesis: prove that Operly can run your life from anywhere, then capture the virality that comes with it.

What just landed on staging:

  • Automations are now Routines. Brand-new page and wizard, built from scratch on the design system. Trigger library and webhook support expanded, real execution history and failure status, and the cron pipeline hardened so email-based rules never starve.
  • Channels page redesign. Beautiful new flow with a constellation hero for creating channels.
  • AI Teams (new sidebar feature). Stand up a crew of agents and send them on missions to work together toward a goal. The executor is wired up end-to-end, with Executive Assistant and Critical Thinking Guide shipping as default agents.
  • Home dashboard, alive. Phase 1 discoverability redesign: brand-tinted capability cards with pulse and shimmer, a mobile capability ticker that replaces the old 6-card grid, smarter email filtering on the proactive card, and live workspace data flowing into every card.

Platform progress (carryover):

  • Desktop app: DONE. Build is complete and stable, waiting on identity verification to clear so the Windows and Mac code-signing certificates land. Once those come through, downloads from the Operly site go warning-free.
  • Android in Play Store testing. Inside the mandatory 14-day window with active testers. Submitting for review the moment it closes.

Highlights from the changelog:

  • Voice stack hardened. Default TTS swapped to Deepgram Aura-2, the screen-flash bug during Aura-2 speech is fixed, and the daily voice gate is loosened (Standard 30 to 120 min, Premium unlimited).
  • Referrals + Connect attribution. Organic Connect-member signups now attribute back to the sponsor's Operly affiliate. Connect handoff cron de-hung, default sponsor wired, and the sharelink path B and GHL handoff cron are live.
  • Email reliability. Recipient arrays guarded against null entries, iCloud and Titan Mail integration paths fixed, and draft persistence plus Gmail threading patched.
  • Admin gating and KB sync. Super-admin role locked into affiliate RPCs and user-detail writes. Nightly codebase sync now feeds the admin chat knowledge base automatically.
  • Mobile and iOS polish. Calendar New Event button restored, iOS auto-zoom on input focus killed, safe-area headers fixed, modal previews scroll properly, and paste behavior fixed in chat.
  • Sentry-driven regression sweep. Burned through dozens of Sentry digests this week: voice unresponsiveness, AI inference timeouts, Word doc extraction, slideshow generation, Microsoft token renewal, and more.

Coming next: Operly Anywhere launches with WhatsApp and Signal integrations alongside the new Automations engine and AI Teams. Goal: prove Operly can run your life while you sleep, then ride the virality that comes from showing it off.

Operly Support

Active Development

Status Update

Nova is now Operly Support, running on its own instance. The CS app got converted into a dedicated Operly support engine this week, with a brand-new Nova redesign across login, dashboard, portal, and widget. AI-driven front-to-back, with email + widget chat and a knowledge-base sync that pulls straight from Operly.

Highlights from the changelog:

  • Converted into a dedicated Operly Support app. The codebase was forked off Nova and rewired specifically for the Operly support workflow.
  • Nova redesign shipped. Login, dashboard, portal, and customer widget all got the new look. Mobile parity included with bottom tab bar and mobile headers.
  • KB sync + Nova rework. New Nova conversations API, security hardening, and a knowledge-base rework with a sync cron job that pulls from Operly nightly.
  • Operly app feedback bridge. New endpoint that lets the Operly app submit feedback straight into the support pipeline, with atomic claim and rollback so nothing drops.
  • Email and reply quality. Replies now stay on existing tickets, AI reply limit logic clarified, and the prompt path is fixed so replies stop double-greeting customers or sneaking em-dashes in.
  • Markdown + UX polish. GitHub Flavored Markdown rendering added, kanban board spacing and drag-and-drop tightened up, and Nova chat UI plus knowledge page interactions refined.
  • Auth hardening. Support auth and ticket workflows hardened, Supabase auth now points to production URLs.

Coming next: Smart RAG search across the full Operly knowledge base once wired in, plus deeper widget integration so customers get answers without ever leaving the Operly app.

Pixa

Active Development

Status Update

Pixa is now a primary focus. Started the rebuild end of last week. Heads down on this alongside Operly until it ships.

The goal is full feature and aesthetic parity with the original app, with a cleaner architecture underneath. With it back on the front burner, expect real, visible progress every week from here on.
